Les Miserables by Victor Hugo. This book terrifies me.

Bone Houses by Emily Lloyd-Jones. Its at the very top of the skull on the OwlCrate edition. The book is AMAZING. You should read it.

4. Find something on your bookshelf that is not a book.

Funko Pops figurines of Slash and Cthulu, Candles, Moon phases, Jebediah from Kerbel Space Program, a wooden print….OH and my bookmark holder.

5. Find the oldest book on your shelf.

Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger. My edition is from 1951 and is one of the original covers.

6. Find a book with a girl on it.

Not a girl, but a woman. Mrs. Jeffries and the ______ . Borrowed from my dear friend Kim. Has the titular Mrs. Jeffries on it.

7. Find a book that has an animal in it.

Smoke and Bones by Leigh Bardugo. I have the paperback with a stag on the front.

8. Find a book with a male protagonist.

The Lost World by Michael Crichton. This follows Dr. Ian Malcolm and is the sequel to Jurassic Park. I read it this year.

9. Find a book with only words on the cover.

Slavery by Another Name by Douglas Blackmon. It has white words on a black cover.

10. Find a book with illustrations in it.

Break your glass slippers by amanda lovelace. It has some beautiful illustrations throughout with a beautiful blue.

11. Find a book with gold lettering.

Inferno by Dan Brown. Dan Brown’s name is done in gold lettering.

12. Find a diary, true or fictional.

I have one and I will reveal it, but currently its part of my secret TBR.

13. Find a book written by and author with a common name (like Smith).

A Darkness Forged in Fire by Chris Evans.

14. Find a book with a close up of something on it.

The Guinivere Deception has a closeup of a queen on the cover.

15. Find a book on your shelf that takes place in the earliest time period.

The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown

17. Find a teal/turquoise colored book.

Murder on the Orient Express and Other Hercule Poirot Mysteries by Agatha Christie. I have the Barnes and Noble collection edition.

18. Find a book with stars on it.

Winterwood by Shea Ernshaw. It has crescent moons and little stars all over it on the cover of the OwlCrate edition.

19. Find a non YA book.

Blowback by Chalmers Johnson. Its a nonfiction book.
